KCIL's staff, volunteers and trustees are our most valuable assets.

Without this talented team we would be unable to deliver the quality services that our members and service users have accessed over the years.

At KCIL we are committed to creating a work environment where service users, volunteers and employees are valued and respected.

We also offer attractive conditions of employment including:

  • A competitive salary
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Contributory stakeholder pension scheme
  • An induction period with on-going supervision and annual appraisal
  • Training and skills enhancement

We have successfully retained our Investors in People status since 2005 and we are also a "two ticks" Positive about Disabled People organisation.
