Response to Campaigning – Who benefits?

Printer-friendly versionSend to friendPDF version

Earlier this week I received an article from a KCIL member who wished to remind disabled people of all the things that have been achieved over the years through campaigning. More importantly KCIL was reminded of the role it had played over the years in improving opportunities and access for local disabled people.

Well .........Let's see whether KCIL can get its groove back.

We are currently under resourced but I would like to see us back in a role where we are able to advocate on the behalf of local disabled people.  That is why I would like to invite disabled people in Kingston to get in touch with me.  Let me know what change you want us to support. What should we be campaigning on now and for the future? Reach me by email theo.harris@kcil.org.uk or by telephone on 0208 546 9603.
