About Kingston Centre for Independent Living

Kingston Centre for Independent Living (KCIL) is a user-led charity based in Kingston upon Thames that empowers disabled people to live as independently as they choose.  We do this by providing advice and support around the following areas:


Support in your area:


  • Inspire – inclusive, adaptive sport for anyone with special needs aged 8 to 80 years.
  • Phoenix Club – day activities for older adults


New Malden


  • Alfriston Day Centre– chair-based exercise class
  • Fircroft Trust - day service for adults with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities
  • ROYAD  – drama classes for disabled youth and adults
