The 'Stay Independent' project is a partnership of statutory and voluntary organisations that provide information, advice or advocacy to disabled and/or older people, including KCIL. The partnership is producing a series of factsheets on key topics of importance to disabled and older people, which can be printed out as needed.
Factsheets on: accessible transport, blue badge scheme, complaining about NHS services, finding an accessible dentist, finding an accessible home, holidays and holiday grants and social activities.
