KCIL has always had information provision as a core aspect of our services. Over the last few years, we have had an Information Officer but sadly the funding for his post ended in October 2006. At the moment we are fundraising to continue to provide information to our members, but although we do not have an Information Officer, we may still be able to deal with your enquiry. Please bear in mind that we are not information specialists, and are likely to take a bit longer in finding the answers you are looking for. We will do our best! For the time being, we are not able to help with completing welfare benefits applications. However, we know of other reputable voluntary agencies and may signpost you to them.
