Transport For All's Advice Line


We wanted to remind you that if you  have any transport related issues, however big or small, Transport for All's Advice Line team is here to help you on tel: 0207 737 2339

  • Am I eligible for a 60+ Oyster card?

  • How do I apply for Dial-A-Ride?

  • How do I get from Hammersmith to Westminster without having to use stairs or escalators?

  • I have been turned down for a Freedom Pass or Taxicard, can I appeal?

  • A bus driver refused to let me on board their bus in a wheelchair, and I’d like to complain.

 

Whether you are looking for advice about accessible transport in London, want to make a complaint, or want to tell us about transport in your area, we can help you. The support we provide is free of charge and impartial. 

Successes have included clients/members getting compensation, improving Bus services, and restoration of patient transport services.

A FREE and confidential, twice monthly drop in service, for everyone, is held from 10.00am to 12 noon on the first Wednesday and last Tuesday of each month at the United Reformed Church, Eden Street, Kingston KT1 1HZ. Ham House Event 7th July

You are invited to join the next H2H event ' Dream.Share.Enjoy' on Friday July 7th  from 11.00am - 4.30 pm at Ham House, near Richmond. 

Join a team, choose and share activities:

  • Explore the beautiful house and gardens
  • Experience ‘story telling’ &  ‘sensory’ walk with our Master Story teller Eli from Story Aid
  • Create  ‘Dream Catcher’ art  with Ken Yahw McCalla
  • Experience the magic of Greek Puppetry
  • Try yoga, baking, knitting and much more !!

Student nurses from Kingston University will be there to greet you and share the experience .

The event is free to attend; all refreshments are provided and extra support during the day.
