Changes to Social Care in Kingston - Have Your Say

Important changes are taking place in Adult Social Care in Kingston. As you may be aware, these planned changes have been agreed by the Council Committee (subject to public consultation). The period of public consultation has begun and will end on 18th April.

We want this consultation to be as inclusive and representative of Kingston as possible. We have produced an 'easy read' version of the executive report for public use, which includes the consultation questions.
